    Upgrades and weight savings?

So I am trying to save weight while upgrading as well.
I am also 220 lbs and I ride super hard.
    Here is my setup:

    2x10 complete xt drivetrain
    Xtr shifters
    Hope M4's front rear
Hope 2 piece 183 mm sawtooth rotors
    Recon slilver fork
    m520 pedals
    sette razo frame 29er 18"
    inferno 23 wheelset (unknown/standard hubs with i23)
    2.35 nobby nic in front
    2.25 rara in rear
    WTB aviator seat
    oury grips
    ripcord housing
    fsa(****) headset
    sette standard stem, handlebar, seatpost
    Spokes unsure

I have some parts that can obviously go from xt to xtr.
but I am not willing to pay that much just for weight because the performance is close to the same.
I could use Xc brakes instead of DH. But I love the stopping power.

So the place I see improvement could be the:
    hubs
    fork
    frame
    seatpost
    handle bar
    stem

Which one of these upgrades would make the biggest impact on overall weight and ride-ability?

I would change the fork to a Manitou Tower Pro with 15mm axle and change your front wheel to a lighter one with changeable caps. You can drop 2-2.5lbs. off the front.
