Thoughts on Shimano drive stuff for Fuji Tahoe SL frame-up build?

    It's a small/medium 2009 Tahoe SL 29er frame. Starting from scratch.

I'm thinking of doing the below slx/xt kit. This mix is based on web research only. I'm pretty inexperienced when it comes to building my own bikes. The bike is for relatively aggressive cross-country riding. I'm not worried about budget for these parts but I'm not spending money just to spend it, so if something here is overkill please let me know what to get instead.

Thoughts and help are much appreciated! Thanks!

    Shimano SLX M675 2x10 crankset
Shimano Deore XT M786 2x10 front derailleur
    Shimano RD-M675 SXL rear derailleur
    Shimano SLX HG-62 cassette
    Shimano Deore M591 shifter pods

Go Shadow Plus rear derailleur XT or SLX mid cage.
XT shifters are a noticeable upgrade.
XT cassette has a larger carrier to protect your freehub from gouging.
    SLX brakes from bluesky

Thanks! Yes, I think the M675 I was looking at has Shadow Plus. Will make sure.

I'm a huge BB7 fan and was planning on sticking with what I know. Mistake?
