So I've got a 29er for trails and I'm looking to get another for a single-speed street/backup/loaner bike. As far as that second bike is concerned, I thought it'd be cool to have a wheelset with knobby tires and another wheelset with slicks.
My question is: can disc brakes, hubs, and calipers all be adjusted so these two wheelsets swap real quick and easy? (It'll be SS so I don't have to worry about derailleurs, of course). Or would it be easier to just yank off the tires whenever I'm going from street to trail?
