    Sapim Laser + disk?

I just finished a wheel build for my 29er (32 spoke sapim laser) after completing the build, I read that sapim doesn't recommend lasers for disk brakes. I haven't ridden the bike yet but I'm a little worried. Should I be? I'm 172lbs, I ride xc.

    No... you'll be fine.
I've built Lasers/Revos for 29er mtb disc wheels for quite a few years without any problems, including for riders heavier than you and for DJ wheels.

There are people using CX-Rays and Aerolites for DH wheels. You'll be fine.
