Are you keeping the hubs and just replacing the rims? If so, you'll need new spokes too unless you can get new rims with the same ERD and number of holes as your existing rims. You should be able to find or build complete new wheelsets in your price range.
    Do the math.

I have the front and has been bombproof, built my own rear with a DT Swiss 350 and the same rim and it has been phenomenal.

I get the feeling you're saying "rim" when you mean "wheel". A rim is a part of a wheel. A wheel consists of a rim, a hub, spokes, nipples, etc.

You want this adapter for both wheels.

You have 6-bolt rotors and the hubs are Shimano centerlock type. You can easily purchase new centerlock rotors (will be slightly more than the adapters) but the adapters work just fine (currently running on the front myself).

I went with Spank Oozy Trails and I LOVE THEM. Good feel and control, colors to match your paint, and strong as needed. Well worth the buy.
