    Reba Rl

Insalled a new reba rl, but when i try to compress it while holding on the front brake to check the sag and compression, i could hear something like an air sound, is it normal? My 1st dual air, so have no idea. Thanks

When I ride my new Reba RLT (dual air), I hear a pshh sound each time the fork rapidly compresses. I think it's normal. I also get a film of oil (and dirt) on the stanchions, again I think this is normal. I just make sure I clean the stanchions before each ride.

If it's a "whoosh" sound it's just the rebound. Totally normal.

Its the speed in which your shock is compressing. At the bottom of your front shock theres a dial you can spin to have the shock rebound faster or slower. The more slower its set the more of that "pssshhhh" sound you get. Or at least on mine thats how it was.

I had it running all the way fast and it was silent, I went more slower of a rebound now and I get that sound
