At that price - they better include EVERYTHING to make them work, on all forks and rear dropouts!

    yes they do
Twenty-eight bladed, straight pull spokes are laced two-cross to alloy-bodied disc hubs. The front hub sports two cartridge bearings while the rear uses four to better support the axle, and adapters are included for every major type of through-axle, both front and rear.

nice so this wheelset most likely would fit all the frames out there.

but do you need any special tools?

No, you do not need any tools to change end caps. They are the same as the SUN Ringlé Charger Pro wheels I have. They simply push in. However cutting and pasting from the website, They do not come with end caps for 12 X 142 rear. They have to be bought separately:

Quick Release, QR15, 20mm Thru-Axle Front Axle Options
    (All end caps included)
Quick Release, 135×12, 142×12 Rear Axle Options
(12mm axle end caps sold separately)
The trouble with having an open mind is that people will insist on trying to put things in it.

    P. S. There is also a 12mm. bolt on axle available for using with standard vertical 10mm. dropouts. I have my rear wheel set up this way and it works well.

    ^this!

The bolt on axle really stiffens things up. I run that setup on my YS.

Sun Ringle does sell a tool for the rear axle, but it isn't necessary, I have one but wouldn't recommend it, it really doesn't work well.

A large flat bladed screwdriver works better in the non drive side. For the drive side I think you need a 5mm Allen Hex for the 10mm adapters, and a 17mm cone wrench for the 12x135 and 142 adapters.
