Post a review get rep 3" larger!

It is that time of year as a cyclist's thoughts turn to dirt singletrack, epic rides and new swag.

So I challenge you to contribute a good review to the MTBR reviews here: Mountain Bike Product Reviews - Mtbr.com

Go to your newly purchased 29er specific wheel, bar, shoes, chain, tires, pedals, seat and post that you have just bought or have had for a year or a couple of years or forever and write out a fab review, write a boffo followup review, or write an end of the line, part is done, Dear John review so those that come after you will be sure of their purchase and be able to hit those trails knowing you have trail tested it to the best of your ability.

This responsibility doesn't come cheaply, so be honest and forthcoming, contribute to the site and post a link to your review here. Others will look at your review, nod their heads appreciatively and then come back and rep the heck out of you because your review was so awesome!

    Do it!

    Do it now!

I've bought lots of 29er stuff lately for my first 29er build... so I will be posting up my reviews once I've broken it, or broken it in.

Keep at it because aside from gaining my 37odd rep points you can win some stuff from bontrager. See this: Bontrager Contest - Mtbr.com

Bontrager is giving away a Set of Bontrager Tires every week for the next 5 weeks! But wait, it doesn't stop there...they are also giving away 1 Bontrager Saddle every week for the next 5 weeks too! And at the end of those five weeks, Bontrager will be giving away a Pro Rhythm Swag Pack Grand Prize that includes Bontrager Rhythm Pro Carbon bar, Bontrager Evoke RL saddle, Bontrager Rhythm Pro post, Bontrager Rhythm stem, Bontrager tires and a set of Bontrager Rhythm Pro wheels! (Pro Rhythm Swag Pack Total Value: $1220!)

What do you have to do to enter?

Simple: just write a review on our site for ANY product and you will be entered to win. At the end of each week, we will select the two weekly winners. The Grand Prize winner will be chosen after the fifth week. That's it!

This is a review of the 29x2.25 Performance ORC version of the Racing Ralph. 36 recently at Treefort. It's the harder single compound version with the same fast rolling pattern as the Evolution version.

    reviews

Yesterday I was seeking the trail reviews checking out a new area. Noticed that they seem to have been removed from the site. Is there a reason for this?

I know many were old reviews and could have been purged for that alone. Is there any plans of revising trail reviews? With technology over the past few years I could see trail pics and GPS tracks much more usable.

If this is the wrong forum / thread for this then please delete.

I would like to post a review of my bike, but it is not listed.
How do we add a new item?
I have a Motobecane Fantom Ti 29er that I could put my .02 in on.
Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.

Well, finally found the NEW Raptor 14 with the features I was waiting for-Tool Pouch, Zippered belt straps, and the size I wanted. Some of the things I really like about this pack are:
    1) It is very comfortable to wear. I don't even notice having it on.
    2) Lots and lots of compartmental storage. A place for everything, and everything in its place.
    3) Magnetized bite valve stays in its place and is handy.
    4) New Zippered hip straps hold whatever you put in there-you won't lose your keys or candy bar! Although there is also a latch inside one of the compartments for your keys!
    5) Bladder not only holds plenty but has an integrated frame that keeps the water close to your body without the "barrel" effect of my camelback, and an easy 1/4 turn lid and a handle that makes it easy to load or unload.
    6) Mesh back is very comfortable and keeps you from having a wet soaked jersey after an epic ride.

I've used a camelback mule for almost 10 years and it has given me great service but it was time to update. Very glad I did the research to find this Osprey. Hope this helps anyone in the same situation. Oh yeah, it looks great too!

    Attachment 782293
Special cloth in this area to protect your phone or glasses
    Attachment 782294
Nice Tool Pouch that unclips and folds up for storage
    Attachment 782295
    Belt straps now have zippers!

    Attachment 782296
The handle makes it easy to load in the pack and doesn't allow for the barrel effect when full. Easy open lid also.
