Possible to run an inverted 10 deg 90mm stem with a Lefty?

I've heard that running a Lefty fork requires at least a 90mm length stem to keep the handlebar from colliding with the fork. Given the statement, will an inverted 10 degree 90mm stem still work with the Lefty? Thanks.

I think it will be fine.

My RX29er has a 110mm stem, and it has inches of clearance between the top of the fork and the bar. I can go measure, but it's plenty. I think if you ran 70mm or shorter you might get into the ballpark of being in trouble. I run my fork slammed down as far as it will go in the P321 clamps to reduce effective A to C, so the top of the Lefty Max 140 sticks up a bit. Pardon the bad tape job.

Here's a pic for perspective with a 110mm -7 degree stem:

*edit*

Is this Alex? Dude. You've seen my bike. Just do it, man! ... or, if you wanna try out a 70mm stem with a regular bar on my bike, come on over and we'll bolt it up and try it out. I think we could figure it out for sure in like 3 minutes.

I ran an inverted 80mm +/-6 degree so I'd say a 90mm -10 would be good to go

Okay, I actually measured. I was a BIT off.

actual distance between bar (the part before the bend) and the top of the Lefty (best guess, because my Lefty is actually coming back from Mendon Cycle right now) is 1 1/4". I actually measured the gap between the fork clamp hole in my P321 clamp and the bar.

I still think you are good to go at 90mm.

Yup pimp it's me. Thanks to you both for the replies. Sounds and looks like I can run a 90mm 10 deg stem inverted. I once heard that the lefty goes with no stem shorter than 90mm, so I thought I would be close. Though, if 80mm is possible...
