Caution; Merge; Workers Ahead! platform pedals

anyone know anything about these pedals?

Amazon.com: Exustar CNC Machined Alloy BMX Pedal with Removable Traction Pins: Sports & Outdoors

pretty cheap on Amazon, but I can't find any reviews or info on weight. I need pedals for my new 2011 Trek X-Cal and I don't wanna break the bank.

Why not just get the Wellgo MG-1 ? Same price point and probably the best bang for your buck that you will get. They also get great reviews.

I have the cheaper B105 which are great except the bearings aren't sealed the best. The only reason I have those is my LBS threw them on for free. I will be putting the MG-1s on as soon as these wear out.

I have DMR V-8's. I am a noob, and not sure what your looking for, but these V8's are working good for me, and they are about 1/2 that price. And the stylish red color rocks on my black bike.

Fortes at Performance are also in that range. Your listed choice seems thick but no specs.
These BMX pedals are getting good DH reviews.$29.
.Odyssey JC/PC Plastic Pedals in Tree Fort Bikes Pedals (cat946)
They will price match the white ones for 29 at Cycleclub.

I'm currently using fortes from performance that I like quite well. The MG-1's listed above are nice too, but I kept bashing pins out of them because the magnesium is rather soft.
I'm looking forward to regretting this.......
