I just mounted up a set of Panaracer Comet 2.1's on Crest rims........and it figures it is raining a ton now. I have one good ride on them on some sweet NH trails with most possible conditions you could find in early June. For racing they are just what I was looking for, if you want a high volume trail tire this is not it. I am running about 22psi front and rear, though the rear is losing a couple PSI over night so I need to do a little more soapy water and shaking to figure out where it is getting out. My other tire setup is IRD Fire XC 29 for when traction is needed over rolling speed. I hope it the sun come back out so I can get these back onto my typical trails and see how the fair on the dry stuff to be found at Franklin Falls, Bear Brook, and Jim Hill River Loop.
