    Old 29er 80mm 1 1/8 fork

I have an old Fisher 29er (2003) that has a Zokie fork on it that blows seals ever couple months. I'm looking to replace it with something new. It's 80mm, 1 1/8, 9mm quick release axle. Is there anyone still making something like this or an online dealer that has old stock that would fit these specs?

I bought a Rockshox Recon Gold TK 29" fork last week for my 2009 Raleigh Mojave 29er.

It is a 1 1/8" steerer and 9mm qr. Has 100mm of travel, but is apparently adjustable from 80mm to 120mm.

You might fiddle with some measurements and geometry - I suspect a 100mm fork wouldn't be a horrible thing on that bike. It would add a lot of options. Last I checked, you could still get at least two models of Manitou with a straight steerer but shortest travel is 100mm.

Any Reba or Sid can be lowered to 80mm and they can be found pretty easily. All it takes is a $30 airshaft if you find one that's 100mm or 120mm. I have a 2015 RS Sid XX with 15mm axle and a straight 1 1/8" tube so they are out there. Did you want new or is used ok?

New or used would be fine since this is such an old bike. Thanks for the info.

How much are you willing to spend?

    I just bought a new 32mm SunTour XCR Air for $100ish. It's 1-1/8", 9mmQR, etc.
