Need help finding a new tire!

So I have a specialized hardrock pro and someone backed over my bike and ruined the front tire.(HR Disc 29", alloy double-wall, disc, pin joint, 25mm, 36h) The hub and brake are fine but the rim is shot. Any recommendations for a replacement rim and spokes as well. I'm looking for a slight upgrade from the stock version. Nothing too big, since the person who ran over it is going to pay for it out of pocket. Any help would be appreciated.

The hub isn't worth saving, and a loose rim, spokes, and the shop time to put them on it will cost more than a complete wheel.

Find out what your shop's got in stock. My recommendation for a budget 29er front wheel would be something from QBP with a Shimano Deore front hub and DT or Mavic rim. NOT one of their system wheels, those are often stupid in one way or another. It should come in under $100 and be nicer than what you had in pretty much every way.
