    Lefty 29er Wheelset Recommendation?

    Hi all.

I am looking to replace my stock wheels on my 2010 Cannondale Flash carbon 29er (2). They are DT-Swiss tubeless conversion.

I was looking at Reynolds, Mavic & Stans.

I'm an XC rider 160 lbs looking for light, fast, stiff and under $1k for the set. Need disc and tubeless and run Racing Ralphs 29x2.25.

    Thanks in advance!

You could build a sweet set of i9's laced to Stans rims for that money. I have a set if I9's laced to Arch MK3's with Sapim CX-Ray Spokes. The spokes may put you a little over your budget, especially if you have to pay for labor too. Get a slightly less expensive double butted DT spoke or something and still have a great wheelset. I weigh 170lbs and ride XC and have been happy with the Arch's. I tend to look for things to jump off of though. So if you are just looking for outright speed and staying on the ground, you could run Crests

Nextie or Lightbicycle rims laced to DT Swiss 240 hubs.
