It states in the specs (under Bike Archives on the Specialized website) that the rear hub is a "QR". If it was a 142, I don't think it would be listed as a "QR".

    Specialized Bicycle Components

I have a 2011 Stumpjumper FSR and it has standard 135 QR dropouts. If the Stumpjumper FSR has 135 QR, I doubt they used 142 on the Camber during the same model year.

They didn't go to 142+ (on some, but not all Cambers) until 2012.

    QR means 135mm

142mm is a thru axle hub spec.

Google what a 142 dropout looks like and go look at your bike. Take a ruler with you.
