How to mount Rockshox Reverb (frame adapter)?

good morning guys, i recently bought a used bike localy. It came with a rockshox reverb seatpost. i was wondering how do you guys mount the frame adapter (from seat post to stem)--> to the bike rack?

How to mount Rockshox Reverb (frame adapter)?

I use a saris bike beam to put my FS bike on my trunk rack with a reverb. I just extend the post all the way and clip the Saris around it. It fits perfectly and doesn't really come into contact with anything sensitive. No problems in about 6 months.

from the lowest position of the seatpost, you put the frame adapter. does it extend the post bearing the weight of the bike?

I extend the post all the way, and yes the weight is on the post, but I don't see that as a problem. Others do, I suppose.

Haha perfect. Id add another Carbiner and runner though for safety just in case a carabiner or runner breaks from wear and tear.
