    Fork, spacer removal?

How difficult or how easy is it to remove the spacer/s from a Marzocchi fork? It's 100mm factory and I want to have it at 120mm. This can be achived in this particular model by this means/.

    Which Marzocchi fork?

I have a 44 TST2 and watched the guys at Marz do it and even though I will do most mechanical things, and have serviced several forks myself, I don't think I would want to remove the spacer on that fork myself unless I had a step-by-step video or tutorial and a pretty good selection of tools.

The Rock Shox Travel Adjust forks are considerably easier to do this with than the Marzocchi fork I have (I have installed/removed spacers on those).

Thank you Zoke2 . Very helpful info.
jeffj, I have a 2012 Corsa SL RC 29er fork with 100mms of travel and want to have it at 120mms of travel. I think it will add to the ride and allow me to hit some nicer trails on my CX 29er ( which I'm putting together ). I think I'll be taking it to Marz in Long Beach, Ca ...lol. I don't think I want to mess with this one either!

If you're close by, then what they charge to do it (and they'll likely put new fluid(s) in as well), it's worth it.

Well it's a brand new fork, and they said they'd do it for $40.00. Hell I thought they should do it for free....jajajaja !!
