    crankbrothers cobalt stem reversible?

I want to put a crankbrothers cockpit on my Niner EMD.
I have a flatbar already but now i'm searching for a stem 90mm.

I saw on their website that a stem is 6 uprise but can i mount it reverse?
I prefer to have a downrise between 6 and 10 degrees.

I see absolutely no reason not to flip it. It's not very high tech. It's just a stem. I've got a generic stem I've been using for years flipped. If you have any reservations contact Crank Bros. to confirm.
The trouble with having an open mind is that people will insist on trying to put things in it.

Crank Brothers only shows it as a 6 degree stem. Usually the list a positive and negative symbol when it can be flipped.

It's just a stem. There isn't much rocket science involved.

Thomson used to etch their logo on the stem right way up for a positive rise. After countless queries as to whether it can be used reversed and people not being happy with the inverted logo, they now have the logo reversible.
The trouble with having an open mind is that people will insist on trying to put things in it.
