I have ridden the 2013 Scalpel 3 with the lefty fork and it felt like a normal fork. The fork works great, but the lefty feels like it has less travel than it actually does.

    I've got a Lefty on my 29er. It's a (26er) 140mm fork reduced to 110mm and it works perfectly.

    Canondale lefty 29er shocks

I just finished converting a 2009 130mm pbr. Converted it to 29er and 100mm travel. Currently installed on my monocog flight. It's a little bouncy but I'm pushing 250. I had it rebuilt by Mendon cycle smith. Feels great overall just taking getting used to seeing only one leg when I look down.

Love my Lefty. Came off of a Manitou Tower Pro QR15, and the Lefty steer far better, is much lighter, and is smoother.

I have one on my Pugsley and it is beast! I love it, like butter for travel. Head turner, for sure!
I love the fine tuning ability and it flows really well in every terrain. It's an older model(2006 Speed rebuilt by Mendon with Fatty clamps) but it works so much better than any other shock I have owned prior.
