    broken xx1 x dome cassette

    Has some one encounter this problem the locking system on my xx1 cassette just break, who knows if it is covered by warranty???

    I was re tightening it to my hope xd driver body,
    this cassette is pretty new it only has about 3 weeks of use and about 13 rides, i remove it to replace a faulty bearing in the hope xd driver and half od the teeth broken when i was re tightening it, i have not even reach the 40n/m required not even 25n/m.

    Did you pick it up at your LBS?

    If so take it by and let them look at it...They can get ahold of SRAM and see it is covered.

    I'm certain that they (SRAM) can still help you through the problem (either way) promptly and fairly.

    Sram has an incredible warranty department. This will be replaced free of charge.

    I've sent numerous Sram products back. No worries.

    Yes, I lost a few teeth on mine when I was switching between wheels :-(

    Are you still able to remove the cassette??
    have you try warranty on them???
    I'm not able to remove them from the driver body should send them back with the driver body too.

    I lost two teeth and can still removed it.

    I don't swap wheels anymore :-( and I didn't send it back.

    Same thing happened to mine just left it on my old wheel.
