    BB Spindle Length

So this crank MA-A443+ | Prowheel says a 120mm spindle. That is what's on my bike. Would that mean the Stock BB is 120mm or do i need to take it apart and measure it?

    Thanks in advance.

Unless you have reason to doubt it, I would assume 120mm is correct. I use 113mm Square Taper on my bike, but have also used 118mm.

I use a 123 for personal preference. For me it is about chainline and q factor. They specify 120 for their chainline of 48.5 so changing the spindle length will alter that. If you don't want to take the BB out you can measure the chainline and check it is on spec.
