Any Fox 32 Talas 29 120 FIT RLC QR15 received yet

Has anyone got one of these yet. I ordered one a month ago and the shop keeps telling me "it should be here in a week". I have heard this for the last few weeks.

I spoke with the guys at BikeBling.com today and they said they had all the Fox F29s in stock except for the tapered steer tube models. Those will be coming out in the next week or two. Did you order a tapered steer tube model?

    I am waiting for a Fox F29 120 FIT RLC QR15 Tapered

That's good news. I ordered an F29 100mm Terralogic in 1-1/8 QR15 today from bike bling hoping they had them in stock.

I ordered a straight steer tube. I called bikebling and they said they don't expect them until June 24th.

    I received 2 (1 1/8) for customers yesterday.

Crown is definitely beefier at the stanchion interface.

    waiting

I see people are starting to get them, I guess I'll just have to wait it out. Any week now. My Turner Sultan 29er build is done, sans fork. I'm tempted to get the Terralogic over the RLC now.

Mine just showed up. A-C is 2cm less than WB F135 (520mm v. 540mm), which should be fine on a DW Sultan. It looks good in black . . . don't care for the white forks much. Looking forward to have the lockout and smooth ride of the Fox. The WB rode well in terms of stiffness and big hits, but it was hard to tune and never did feel totally "right" or as smooth as it should be just bashing over the smaller stuff.

We got a tapered talas and a 120 float in today... They look good, though the Fox website said they were going to be black... hmmm.

    Got mine!

It's an OEM version though. Just installed today and already has a problem (clanging at top-out) and will be going back to Fox next week. Hooray....

Are the forks in the photos above kashima-coated? The stanchions don't look as gold as other photos I have seen of the 2011 forks.

They are not (at least mine). The OEM versions (all 2011 forks) do not come with the Kashima.

Me and my buddy had the same fork on order from BikeBling. They emailed him and I this weekend to tell us that Fox will not be making the Fox F29 120 FIT RLC QR15 with TAPERED HT. They said I they will make it in a 100mm with Tapered but not in 120mm.

Instead BikeBling is offering the same fork with Tapered HT but it's 2010 OEM Black model. The lame part is that they want the same price for it as the 2011 - 805$. The BikeBling guy explained that he bought some of the OEM forks from Niner and are selling them off. If I remember correctly Niner was selling these same forks for $699 just last month.

The thing that makes me suspicious as well is that this guy told my buddy that he was the only person ordering this particular fork. Hmmmm. Doesn't sound right to me. I know it's all heresy but....... I went ahead and cancelled my order with them

Can anyone confirm the Fox story? I'm going to call Fox to see if they can confirm. I'll just wait to see if the fork is available later or wait for another OEM fork to come on Ebay for a lot less.

Both a 100 RLC FIT QR15 taper and Talas 120 QR15 taper are shown in the price list that Fox sent to me.

I think Bling has it wrong. That said, I've only ordered 1 1/8 forks, no tapers, yet.

I would insist on an '11. The crown is beefed-up and that should be good.
