Adapter for 180mm Rear Rotor on Trek Superfly 100

Is it possible to install a 180mm rear rotor on a trek superly 100?

The frame may not be built to except a rear rotor larger than 160mm.

I removed the 160mm rotor and caliper mount. I then installed a 180mm rear rotor and caliper mount adapter for a rear 180mm rotor.
The wheel still did not fit. It seems the 180mm caliper adapter was not big enough for the larger rotor.

    Any suggestions. Thanks.

What type of brake mount - post mount?
Make and model of rotor, caliper and adapter?
I assume you had interference between the caliper and rotor?

So the adapter is a SM-MA-R180P/S?
You have it facing the correct direction?

Yes, the adapter is a SM-MA-R180-P/S.
I will re-install it and make sure it is facing the right direction.
