Like, 32ish? I dunno, don't really care. But I am switching out the stock heavy rims to flows and King hubs soon, tubeless, so that might change it some. At least offset the dropper post.
Whatever it weighs, it feels light coming from my Pugsley
This one is my stumpy expert carbon evo r 29er 2011 model. Stock weight was 10300 grams, at the moment weight is 9850 grams. Upgrades are ritchey superlogic carbon seatpost, Kmc 10sl chain, xx brakes and furious fred tires. My next upgrades will be niner carbon vanna white fork, xx cassette, selle itaillia slr saddle and specialized turbo ultralight inner tubes. After these upgrades i will drop antother 1580 grams and bike will be like 8370 grams i think...Any suggestions would make me appriciate
It only bothers me when I lift it up and down in the garage as on the trails it's certainly the quickest bike I've ridden so far. I am intending to change the stock parts quite comprehensively though so I'm hoping to get it to around 26-28lbs when I'm done.
set up with some light parts and still nearly 32 #; I supposer that's not horrible for a 5.5" travel 29r. If I were really worried about the weight I could have gone with the new flows and run them tubeless but I like the way it works as it sits.
Which way have you gone Fred full XX with a Lefty and Carbon rims?
