Didn't weigh it. The total build was mid 26lbs.

I just got my dad a verhauen frame for fathers day. Weighed it without drop outs, it came in at 4lbs 10oz.

    Is that a 120mm fork or a 100?

I put a 120mm on mine and I really like the way it handles.

I need to tune it a bit to achieve closer to full travel. This thing is a blast to ride!

    I went with 100mm. Feels great to me, but I haven't tried a 120mm.

That's not a bad weight for a nice steel frame. They look amazing.

Nice bike......How does it compare to your Stumpy EVO ht?? (Other than 1x10 vs singlespeed)

It's a better riding bike. The stumpy is smooth for an aluminum bike, but there's no comparison really. I'll still keep the stumpy when for when I want gears though. It's a nice stiff bike.

I am running my new Verhauen (look for a thread later today on it-WE NEED A VASSAGO STICKY!) with the X-Fusion at 120mm. Coming off of a Jabberwocky I started it at 100mm and it felt just a little twitchy for me on rough steep descents, which I could have gotten used to. At 120mm- it still handles and turns quick, but the techy downs are much more comfy now. Still working on my setup as far as where my rear sliders are. They are in the middle now, and I want to experiment with running them in closer to see what happens. Nice bikes on this thread!

    she's done

Well, due to some personal issues, this has been tabled for a while, but last night I spent a couple hours in the garage finishing this thing up.
Came in right at 24lbs with pedals.
Still need to figure out how to hook up the pushloc for the fork, but other than that, she's done.
Will take her out Thursday after work for her shakedown ride.

Wow, sweet looking bike with the lefty. I'm guessing it's pretty light running that and SS...what was the final weight? How do you like it?
I took mine out last weekend for it's shakedown ride. About 20 miles with almost 3k of climbing and I LOVE this bike....
Heading to Tahoe this weekend and will see if my motor can handle the altitude and the climbing with the 1x10 setup

I like it a lot. I switched from a carbon hardtail back to steel and I really like the feel. I also like the BB better than the piece of crap press fit 30 stuff on my previous frame. The steel frame is stiff enough to climb well but just slightly soft enough to make the 2+ hour rides more manageable.

    It weighs around 22lbs currently.
