... and if we just ... Two leg kickstand

Hey guys, I have decided to join the dark side and get a kickstand (It when innevetable since I got a bike from Bikesdirect)

i have however deduced that if I'm to take the risk, this is the safest and is almost accident proof ESGE Two-Leg Kickstand 320mm Silver:Amazon:Sports & Outdoors
What I am unsure about is whether is will mount on a 29er mountain bike, gravity 29point3, and whether it will be too small (I can grind it down to size) does anyone know if it will fit?

I have that kickstand on my Long Haul Trucker. It should fit just fine. In fact, you'll probably need to trim the legs. Just be wary - it sticks out pretty far below the BB. Knocks an inch or two off your ground clearance.

What about the mounting piece, I've heard it doesn't fit on bigger bikes
