Tire Clearance Gravity 29er

Is anybody running a 2.3 tire on their BD Gravity 29er hardtail? I am eyeballing the Specialized Ground Controls. I am hoping I have enough space inn the rear for the wider version. Thanks Pete

I'm running 2.25 nobby nics. There is a ton of room for more in the fork but the rear is tight at the chain stays. There is more room to be had though if you can get your axle towards the rearmost part of the dropouts. I think 2.3's would be fine if you can get the axle (spindle?) back.
