    se stout vs redline monocog.........

so I had a stout and i'm looking to replace it. I love the unit but i'd love to not spend the money. how does the monocog stand up to the stout? it looks like component wise, it's a toss up. what do you guys think???
The bicycle is a curious vehicle. Its passenger is its engine.

This would be a minimal upgrade. I say you just buy great wheels for the Stout - it'll feel like a rocket and you can move them to a better frame later.

I've had both, preferred the monocog flight. Stout always felt heavier in turning despite the geometry and setup being very close to the same.

I have a monocog and I have ridden a few stouts. They are very similar, I like both and if I had to have either one, I would be ok with it.

As far as an upgrade, the Flight would be an upgrade somewhat. But as was said, spend the $$$ on wheels and ride what you have.
You may be quick, but I'll knock you over
