Rim Q: Alex TD17 and wide tires?

Any experience with the Alex TD17 and a 2.35" tire? OK on width?

Any other all black, disc-specific rims at a reasonable price that out there?

    Thanks!
No, sir, I didn't steal it.

There's currently one 2.35" tire in existence, and it works fine for it's intended use on a rim that width or slightly narrower.

Right - as Cloxxki said. Outside of the Schwalbe Big Apple 700c X 2.35" - you won't find any of us that have any experience on the TD17 700c rims?

You might ask in the general discussion group or another board if anyone has experience running the 26" version of the TD17 with larger tires.

Works fine. I have a Big Apple 700x60 on a TD17 right now.

The trouble with common sense is it is no longer common
