    Raleigh NC

I will be at a trade show in Raleigh NC next week (November 14th and 15th), any recommendations for a local trail l could ride during my visit? I'll need to rent a bike and helmet as well so any info will be appreciated.

    Here's my current rig...

You might ask in their local forum, unless you need a 29er specific trail of course!

Where are you trade showing? Downtown Raleigh? You can join me during my lunchtime ride which is all onroad, riding my MTB. Usually between 13-19 miles.

Here's the closest place that I'm aware of that has rentals.

The trade show is at the State Fair Exposition Center, I can only ride on Wednesday after 4 p.m. Thanks for the link for the rental, I'll look into this.

You are close to a mix of riding at the Fair Grounds. You can get to Umstead State Park which is all two-track gravel and Lake Crabtree which is beginner singletrack trail.
4PM sure doesn't leave much time to ride.

Plenty of good riding up there. Check here and navigate to the "Trails" tab:
