Finished this one a couple nights ago. Still have to put my Gobi saddle on it, and egg beater pedals in place of the "tester" platforms. But itching to get out on it soon.

Looks like a fun ride as well. How do you like the fork?

    Spot Brand

This is my Spot Brand Rocker. I have not had to touch the belt drive in the 3 years I've owned it. I feel like getting something different, but have not found a bike I like more.
I'd like to try the Carver 420.

    Bianchi Sok

Picked this thing up for a song hardly used with nice carbon bits such as a Ritchey carbon bar and stem. I removed the boat anchor Tora Air fork and installed the Niner fork shown. I also added the sweet RDO post. Came with BB7 Road (pictured) but recently changed to the 2012 MTB versions. Size XL comes in at around 21.5 lbs with super heavy wheels.

Thing's a rocket ship! This pic s*cks. Better one later.

Posted this to SlimJim thread already but why not to put it here also. The plan is to ride rigid fork at least for the winter and then decide whether to put the suspension fork back on or not.

With pedals that heavy old Brooks B17, I think it was just a whisker over 10 kg. It was built for longevity and possible touring, so not as light as some. Still climbs like a demon - the limiting factor on this bike is definately the owner!

    First ride

I wished it was May, dry and warm with birds singing in the forest. I wasn't. It was January 6th, just below freezing and a mix of collapsing snow crust and ice. Not ideal conditions for a first ride on the new bike. It was hard to get a good flow and get a feel for the bike but it was fun to finally ride it.
