New Forks for a Novara Ponderosa?

I have had a Novara Ponderosa for three years of which I beat the crap out of learning to ride. It is my first and only mountain bike. The forks are starting to wear out but all else is good and I was wondering what would be a good choice for new forks? I ride cross country and single track mostly.

Is that a 29 with Raidon fork?
You can put in a new sealed damper.
You can get an Epicon off ebay.
A Manitou Tower Pro would be more tunable.
