Can't wait to see more pics and vids of the 36er being ridden!! It really looks exactly like you've said - maybe it won't do any ONE thing better than any other bike, but it sure does look like a blast to ride it around, even if it is just in the parking lot!!

    39er

Pretty soon the 36er will be mainstream and then someone will have to go bastardize the thing into a 36/29er, and call it a 39er....

    Hilarious Indeed

I was actually thinking that maybe a 36/29 could be a workable combo, as you could get any rear tire you wanted and maybe make the thing work for real riding. However, after seeing that pic, it kindof makes my stomach turn like a 69er does.

To do it right you'd need a custom frame. As the pic illustrates, it was so high in the front, it wheelied without even thinking about it. It was scary, but definitely hilarious!

Better yet make the tire 39.37" in diameter (1 meter). Call it a 1m or 1000C.

The trouble with common sense is it is no longer common

Pure shiggles. If it wouldn't result in insta-alimony I'd order one right now. Now, where's that 36" Nano? (prolly hiding with Cloxxi's 37t cassette!).

Wow, I want to ride it! But seriously, is that your dad's bike little boy?
