When are the new frames available? Is the '12 Mooto X just a rebadged version of the current RSL?

The new Mooto X is supposed to have the formed chainstays (ie, clearance for a 2.4) and upper bend in the downtube (not the double bend, just the upper one).

Really? I don't really like the new RSL- double bend does not look as cool to me.
