How much does your 29er weigh in at?
Hey guys/gals, I recently upgraded to a 29er! Thing is, it's pretty heavy(31 pounds), which is expected with mine being an XL, but I was wondering how much your 29" bike weighs?

I dunno, but I figure it will be easier to drop 5 lbs off my ass before I drop 5 lbs off the bike. ....and I am not fat.

2012 Rockhopper 29er (small) bone stock 30.7 lbs.

Salsa Spearfish 2 is 28.0 lbs
Special Ed Rockhopper SS is 26 lbs (heavy wheels and a DH crankset)

2008 Orbea Alma HT, 1x10, 19 lbs 15 oz.

30 lbs, XL Niner Rip9. A bit on the heavy side but not bad for a 4.5" travel XL bike.

Med RIP 9, 28.25. Lg. Epic, 24.5. Large Lenz Leviathan, 25. Not set up for weight, but good performance.

2013 Trek Stache 8ish. Similar build to the 8 but with burlier parts in key places. 31.5 pounds. I weight 265 and like technical, aggressive riding. Any lighter and stuff breaks too often.
Disclaimer: I fix bikes for a living.

My bike' weight
My 2011 Titus Rockstar is 27.1 without pedals and the Lurcher is 23.7 without pedals. Built to hold up a 215 FAT guy!
