This bike has been ridden on some of the Rockiest trails in the country in Utah, Colorado, Texas and New Mexico and it holds up just fine. I got to ride with a guy that was questioning the durability of it on here quite publicly a few years ago and he was Amazed. His quote was "I just couldn't imagine that a 13lb. bike could be abused like that and hold up. Don't get me wrong, you're smooth like a stick of melting butter but there is never be an excuse for there to be 4ft. of air under the tires of a 13lb. bike." To which I replied, There is always an excuse!
