26.9 lbs before I switched the rear rim and tire from a Crest/Racing Ralph to a Flow/CG XC 29. So, now it's more than 26.9.

Yes, it is a singlespeed! Carbon fork, XX brakes, Thompson seatpost and stem, NINER carbon bars. It rides like a dream! It actually comes in a hair lighter than my Tarmac road bike.
