Help- Removing Stuck Tire from Wheel

I'm trying to remove a stuck worn tire from a 29" wheel. I can break the bead on the one side but the other side is stuck/glued and won't budge. Tubeless setup with Stans. I've tried prying with tire levers but can't get the lever under the bead. I've also tries grabbing the tire with vise-grips and pulling with no luck. Even had an LBS shop try and they couldn't budge it either. Short of cutting it off, any ideas?

Have you tried some heat from a heat gun, I would not recommend a propane torch with AL. Might have bigger problems.
Might Call Stans and see if they have a solution.

I would try boiling some water and pouring it on a section and see if it loosens it up.

If that doesn't work you could try something like this

Geax tire with TNT casing? A good shop, particularly one that works with DHers, should have a few moto-style big metal tire levers/spoons. They'll do the trick.

Specialized Captain tire. I'll try hot water or a heat gun and see if that does the trick. Thanks for your suggestions.

Look on the bright side, it probably never burped, did it?
