    Good tubeless patch kit?
I put a 3/8" slice in a Dry X. Any hopes of salvaging it with a tubeless patch kit? If so which brand?

I've never patched a tubeless tire.

    Thanks.

Hutchinson and a couple of others make a "tubeless patch kit" specific one. It's like patching a tube, but the patches in these "special" kits have some fiber in them. You could also try a regular glue on patch on the inside to see if it will hold. I did my Racing Ralph like that with a 3/8"+ tear and it has been holding up just fine thus far. Since then, I've purchased the tubeless patches with fiber in them in case that one gives up the ghost.

Tubeless plug kit from any auto store,no wheel pull or tire removal, been using it for several years, work mint in most cases.

I have repaired a couple tires using superglue in the cut, then simply using a standard glue on patch on the inside of the tire casing.

    Thanks....
To those who've patched bigger slices, bigger than a 1/4" or so, do find the tire remains reliable?

Only if I took the time to stitch it with dental floss. You get hardcore points for cutting a Dry X; not an easy thing to do.

I attribute the tear to probably running just a bit too much pressure.
