    Fuji Nevada 29er

Would a Fuji Nevada be a decent entry level 29er, over something like a Giant Revel or Giant Talon?

I have a Revel 1 29er. My friend purchase the Nevada 1.7 around the same time....The Nevada 1.7 slaps up my Revel 1 at the same price range across the board on components. His brakes are muchbetter, his drivetrain shifts better, the handle bar is much wider and feels better. The suspension on both sucks...I switched mine to a Rockshox Recon Silver and it completely changed the feel of the bike on and off the trails. I felt the tires on the Revel (I already switched mine but besides the point) grip much better than the Nevada, but either could use tire upgrades. The Revels tires don't really have a model # but they are Kenda. The tread is almost exactly like a Specialized Fastrack.
