Looking to upgrade from my xcaliber to a full suspension bike and these two have caught my eyes. I can get both for around the same price point (the Top Fuel is on sale and the Blur is full retail price).

Besides the steeper angles and the carbon in-house wheels that come on the Top Fuel, what are the other differences between these two bikes to pay attention to? I believe SC uses VPP and Trek uses ReActiv to essentially achieve the same goal (right?).

I would of course test ride both before making a final decision. Here's the links to the builds.

The Trek is more of a deal of course but do I really get a better bike for the buck?
