    Diamondback sortie 2 29er

I just bought a Diamondback Sortie 2 29er. My friend who is a bike fanatic recommended that I look on the used market to get better bang for my buck, but I couldn't pass up a new bike. Should I stick with the DB or sell it and look for something better used? I am new to 29ers and love the feel of them for my style of riding.

Where did you bought it? Thats a steal... If you are a starter, stick to. If not, sell it to me.

I'll give you tow pieces of advice, listen carefully......
1 - Keep the bike, even if you found something used, I doubt you'd find much better spec for that price and then you'd have to worry about if it'd been wrecked bad, etc, etc.
2 - Get this thread deleted, IMMEDIATELY! You have to be a complete moron to post up on the web that you got a pro deal and the price, just isn't done and I expect if the shop who hooked you up saw this it wouldn't happen again.
One day your life will flash before your eyes, will it be worth watching??

Ok I edited the post. First of all how can I listen to a post? Secondly relax! And don't call someone a moron if you know nothing about who they are or where they come from, people get discounts on stuff all the time.

Last year I bought a 2012 Sortie 1.0 29er and love it. Could I have gotten something cheaper used? Maybe. I got a good deal at the end of the season and the spec/price ratio was very hard to beat. Enjoy it....
