Hey what do you all think about this Overdrive frame, do you think it is worthy enough to put on better components?

I ride a Windsor cliff 26" but I want to get a 29" bike, but I want a frame worthy of mostly SLX components and a good fork, maybe not all at once but over time. So I want a pretty strong durable frame, would a Niner frame be a better choice? Anyone know where the Overdrive frames are made, Taiwan or China, anyone try one out and have an opinion?

It's a boatload of fun to do some trail riding on. I think 29" wheels are at home on a hard tail. Some of the best rides I ever had were on an entry level beater 29" hardtail I bought that had a shot headset. I didn't care because the bike cost me nothing and I rode it like I stole it. I might buy this one even though I wanna hold out for a Mason!
