    Chain Rub

I have a Jones Plus with the standard setup. I am running Maxxis Chronicles front and rear. 29X3.0. I noticed the other day that I have minimal clearance between the rear tire and the chain, maybe 1-1.5 mm at best. I am running the standard Surly OD crankset that came with the bike. Any suggestions for how to get a bit more clearance between the tire and the chain?

I have a 2X10 with 39-26 on the front and 11-36 rear. I was trying to put on a 11-42 cassette when I noticed the problem.
