Bontrager FR3- Any East Coast Users

Anyone on the East Coast (or Pacific Northwest) tried the FR3 out? I really like the looks of this tire, but I'm concerned about the center rib not jiving with wet roots and rocks.

However I've been informed that the other lugs bite enough to offset the center rib.

I was running it on the front and rear of my Stumpjumper FSR for a while. Lots of volume and lots of traction. Not the fastest rolling tire out there, but not bad. I recently replaced the rear with a Geax Saguaro and it also has a ton of traction and it rolls noticeably better. I still like the FR3 on the front.

Surprisingly good on wet roots. It kicks sideways and those massive side lugs grab hold. The rubber compound is of good quality. Front and rear on my rigid SS. Front on my FS trail bike. Flows, tubeless.
