New question here. 29er frame for a Gates belt drive?

Looking for a 29er frame capable of running a Gates belt drive.
    So, who makes a 29er frame with a split(able) seat-stay?
Or other method for getting the belts on & off?
(ability to use a suspension fork also desired)

    Thanx in advance, Dave.

    853 Hardtail 29er | Rohloff Speedhub Frame

Ive been looking at this for the UK winters. Looks like a great frame.
They ship worldwide too. Can take forks or rigids.
Haven't found any other frame fro that price which are gate compatible.

Spot, Ventana El Comandante, Elsworth Enlightenment, Norco Judan. Seems like there's more, but that's all that Google found. All of these will work with a suspension fork. The singlespeed forum is another good place to look.

    Good luck

A friend of mine has a Ventana, it's very nice and super light. It's also made in California buy red blooded Americans!

Split-able chainstay is the only way to get a belt drive on, besides an old school style elevated chainstay, that I am aware of.

These days all new Spot Brand bikes are belt drive compatible.
As are most your Trek/Gary Fishers-these will be suspension corrected for G2 geo forks.
I'm pretty sure a lot of the new Raleighs also are

Are you looking for a production frame or willing to wait to get something handmade? There are lots of builders that can incorporate split stays in a frame for Gates.

obviously (being aluminum) we didn't split the stays and require the frame be opened to install the belt...we modified the slider system and utilized the plates and slider track to reinforce the frame.
