I was fine, it was on a climb, pedal stuck into the sidewall and couldn't unclip and rolled over. Pretty slow motion. I just find the photo hilarious

Mikesee, all great shots! What gear are you riding with to take these pics? I do some ski/snowboard photography and want to move into mountain biking shooting now that I am getting into riding. Just curious what you drag along with you on rides. I'm betting a similar kit to what I ski with, minus maybe some of the longer lenses.

No worries, and thank you! The 7D is my go to sports camera due to its speed, 1.6x crop factor and weather sealing. And probably what I will start to carry when mtn biking. To date, I have been carrying a Nikon AW100 P&S. Once I get through my first road century in June, I will begin spending more time on the mtn bike, and hopefully some more time behind the camera while mtn biking. Loving this thread for ideas!
