Julian Death March, April 14, 2012. Not so much action, as that feeling at the start of a race when you ask yourself: what am I doing? 30 degress and 24 with the windchill and snow at the start. 53 miles and 7k climbing. It was worse during some parts of the ride.

Not sure it qualifies as "action", but I snapped this on my commute the other day from the seat of my Surly. I ride to work all winter, and this was the first day of sunshine in a looooooooooong time. I look at it and I see the reward that comes after literally months of suffering through the cold, dark winter. Could have stuck a handlebar or something in there to make it more obviously a bike photo, but to me, it's a bike photo.

Yea, those are action shots. I don't know about the rest of the stuff in this thread. I'm fortunate enough to have features like this on my local trails; I can attest to how fun the Yelli is when airborne.
