2013 trek cobia question/regarding the fork

Hi there I purchased a 2013 Trek Cobia.....So far I am loving the bike, I am however starting to wish I purchased the X-Cal.......I broke the x5 RD and upgraded to the X7. So the main differences now are the shifters, crank, and Fork........At my current skill level I feel that there is no need to upgrade the fork, but having a remote lock on it would be very helpful. SO on that note I believe I have seen a upgrade kit online for my fork that offers the poploc remote for it. Will that work with my fork? Any thoughts or opinions would be great, I also apologize if this is in the wrong section.

I believe this is the kit I may need:
    Remote Upgrade Kit--PopLoc | SRAM

The fork specs from Treks site are:Rockshox Recon Silver w/Solo Air, lockout, custom G2 Geometry w/51mm offset, 100mm travel

Based on the SRAM site, its compatible with PushLoc not PopLoc.

here's the specs: Recon Silver TK | SRAM

and the pushloc: PushLoc | SRAM

However, might be worth a quick email to SRAM support to verify that PopLoc won't also work.

I thought the Recon was compatible with either the Pushloc or Poploc remote but looking at the SRAM site that is not clear. Agree with previous poster. Probably best to contact them directly.

I put a Reba with the Pushloc remote on my bike and the remote lockout a great feature/addition IMO.
