    2010 Salsa Dos Niner

Is this frame still a solid frame. Have a guy willing to sell me one for $325. Don't know much about them.

I'm on my 2nd Dos Niner frame. The first one lasted to the beginning of its 5th year before "expiring" with a broken weld. 4-5 seasons is a pretty typical extended life expectancy of a scandium light weight frame. I'm now on one of the silver 2010 frames (purchased under the crash replacement policy to replace the 2006 frame).

Make sure there are no cracks on the frame and if you do purchase it, realize that it has already been through 3 seasons and you would be buying it with the expectation that it has 1-2 years of life left in it at most.
